Winter Olympics start today. Saw this and thought it appropriate for the pic of the day.

Me in my winter running gear. I have been a more faithful runner this past winter, getting in 25-30 miles a week with only a few lapses due to work.

Alex and Andrew – Best of friends and worst of enemies. I wouldn’t actually call them enemies as they get along most of the time. If they aren’t getting along tho’, they are picking at each other – unfortunate, typical behavior of young competitive brothers.
