One of the best times of the year is when you get to eat tomato sandwiches right out of the garden with good hearty bread. It just makes life so much better. The lemon stripeys and yellow heirloom tomatoes are thanks to neighbor Mayra who gave us the starts at the beginning of the summer.

She is off to BYUI and I miss her so. Her smile brightens my day even though she is temporarily away. Taken the day before we took her to college;-)

Andrew had a great recital with the Peadon’s after Lizzy’s game.

Had a lot of fun at Bear Lake this year. Played on the beach and just messed around.

The Tour of Utah is getting to be a rather big deal both in Utah and in the world of professional cycling (U.S. domestic cycling that is – though quite a few UCI teams have it on their list of races)

Alex and I had fun just hanging out in downtown SLC and watching George Hincapie, Levi Leipheimer and a bunch of other awesome cyclists race in our own backyard.

This shot is taken right outside of my office in downtown Salt Lake. Pretty cool, huh?

The hills are steeep up to the capitol building. Don’t you just love that Colnago team car with all of those beautiful bikes on top?

We found a Lamborghini that Alex wishes were his.

Big George was there. I really like and respect him.

I just can’t help but smile when I see these boys. Jack really loves to turn it on when I pull the camera out. I hope his camera attitude doesn’t go away ever.
