Jack turns three this week. He is no longer a baby and is as fun a little personality as he’s ever been. He loves to sing and dance and his current favorite song is a mashup of AC/DC’s Back in Black with Queen’s We Will Rock You.

I run for a lot of reasons in the cold dark morning — to have good conversations with good friends, to stay in shape, to exercise the dog and to see sites like this;-)
